This antique, round pewter plate was crafted in Philadelphia in the early 19th century by well known pewterers Thomas Danforth III. This example has a reeded, wide rim with a cavetto center and would be a nice addition to a pub or country kitchen. Touch mark: maker's logo and T. Danforth/ Philad.
