These bases were made before the foundry for Tiffany Studios was in production.
Attributed to Tiffany Studios (New York, NY, 1878-1933)
A. Duncan, Tiffany Lamps and Metalware, p. 16, ill. 19, 20 (for similar lamps). This is a kerosene base converted to electricity at the advent of the electric light bulb. Numbered: 10471. It could have been converted at the time of production or later. However, it does not appear to have been done later as the spots where the arms would have been have smooth plugs (see photos).
Width 10 Depth 10 Height 22 in.
Note: it is in as found condition; needs wiring.
