This antique American settee was possibly designed by Samuel McIntire. The top rail displays carved acorn branches flanking a double cornucopia, with a upholstered brass-studded back, seat and out scrolled arms. The seat rail has carved tasseled fabric swag panels with reeding on saber legs and brass casters. With pine and softwoods secondary.
