An antique, British Chippendale tallcase or grandfather clock with arched brass dial displaying subsidiary seconds and date. The hood displays freestanding brass base columns surmounted by a tall fretwork broken arch pediment. The diminutive case features reeded chamfered corners and figured grain mahogany/walnut door. Signed dial.
