American Chippendale Mahogany Reverse Serpentine Chest of Drawers

DETAILS
This antique chest of drawers was likely crafted in the Boston area. This form is known as reverse serpentine where the front displays outer convex curves with a concave center section. The chest is fitted with brass batwing brasses and bail handles and is raised on ball and claw feet with a shaped apron and shell carved center.
