DETAILS
An antique set of two serving plates handpainted with floral baskets with a scarce maroon or claret color border and inverted shell or dropped shell molding. Several potteries did this inverted shell shape including: Alcock, Rathbone, Machin, Ridgway, New Hall, and others.
