A vintage, mid century pottery bird figure by Native American artist Sarah Garcia. It is decorated with black vegetal paint and orange slips on a creamy white ground.

Garcia was a prolific and influential potter and known for reviving the Anasazi and Tularosa designs on contemporary Acoma pottery, along with artists Lucy Lewis and Marie Z. Chino.
