William (Bill) Traher created a large and varied body of work as a muralist, photographer, painter, engraver and illustrator. Traher worked at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science (formerly the Denver Museum of Natural History) as their Chief Background Artist for over two decades. He was active in Colorado, Wyoming and Arizona.
