This antique, collectible character or figural stein of the Munich Child (Munchner Kindl) was the symbol of the city of Munich for about 800 years. The smiling child wears a hooded, long monk's robe and holds a beer stein in one hand and radishes and a blue book in the other. No maker's mark.
