This antique, 19th century Indian console table is a form found only in Goa and Kerala, India, it is based on French, Louis XVI or Portuguese consoles. The mitered top features pierced, floral panels on three sides and sits atop stout, reeded legs, having turned rings at the top and bottom, and supporting a lower shelf. In the modern home, it will make a lovely console or small sideboard.
