This small, antique 18th century writing table is inset with a green leather rectangular top, above a reading slide. The base is fashioned with patterns of crossbanded burled walnut veneer, with a central frieze drawer flanked by two stacked, short drawers, each with brass escutcheons. The serpentine apron terminates on cabriole legs.
