Silver stamped on inside of the base, the top edge and base edge: city mark "A" and maker's mark "SC". Oval box with gilt silver mounts. The lid and base with oval reserves with mythological scenes of classical ladies and a cherub, all on a cobalt enamel ground with gilt stars. The sides with oblong reserves with serene landscapes.
