(Item: AR5649)
Removed from a mansion in Milwaukee, WI, that was demolished in the 1960s, these hand carved stone architectural elements reflect a French Gothic influence. With a simple, bullet shape, having a pointed front and top, each displays a panel of a conventionalized acanthus leaf motif. Notice the worn patina of years of exposure, which lends a warm, aged feeling to the pieces. Four of these are available. See also: AR5650.
