DETAILS
Cast in glazed clay, this pedestal was crafted in octagonal form with a sturdy, moulded base. It was finished with an interesting, mottled glaze, with art deco designs in ochre and black on four of the sides. From the estate of a Denver, Colorado family, it once housed a sundial. Today, of course, it could be used as a base for many creative things in a home or garden; perhaps for a birdbath.
