An antique round, white glazed terra cotta architectural decoration from the exterior columns of the former historic department store, the Carson Pirie Scott building in Chicago. Designed by Louis Sullivan. Probably manufactured by the Northwestern Terra Cotta Company (Chicago, Illinois, 1877-1965).
