Found in the colony of Goa, this antique chest of drawers houses two small drawers over three larger ones. Displaying a strong English, Georgian influence, with Chippendale style, brass hardware, the chest sits within a base, carved with shell and scallop details and terminating on short legs with paw feet that display its Portuguese influence. It is a great, useful and decorative piece.
