This unusual, antique Scandinavian chair was fancifully conceived with a high, arched back that features nicely detailed carving in an egg-and-dart adaptation that is almost floral. The cabriole legs and saltire stretcher, with central pediment, are elaborately hand carved with all-over scrolling floral designs. The back is upholstered in an old caramel colored, patterned tooled leather with a newly upholstered seat.
