An antique Art Nouveau art glass, floriform lamp shade with a ruffled edge. It is decorated with green dragged loop with a gold band on an opalescent ground with a gold interior. Possibly Fostoria Specialty Company (Fostoria, Ohio, 1899-1910) or Steuben Glass Works (Corning, New York, 1903-2011).
