These antique, Georgian period, Blue-John or Derbyshire Spar vases were converted to very classic and elegant lamps. Of ovolo form, the body is crafted of Derbyshire Spar and mounted with a fire gilt bronze neck and foot and supports a two-light fixture and toleware shades. Blue John is a rare semi-precious marble like mineral characterized by bands and veins of a purple-blue or yellowish color.
