Hand fashioned with straight lines indicative of this style, this antique Scandinavian settee features a carved Greek key design around the deep apron, and short, tapered legs. The high, curved shelter arms recline to form a day bed. Notice the hand forged iron hinges. It is painted in two tones of blue-gray, in Gustavian tradition.
