An antique, late 18th century period head and shoulders portrait of George II (English, 1683–1760). With his head and gaze turned to the right, wearing court dress, a fine lace cravat, orange waistcoat, mostly covered by ermine cloak topped by a ceremonial chain around shoulders, long grey wig falling over his left shoulder. Within an oval reserve.
