Twilight Snow on Mount Hira (Hira bosetsu): Emon of the Maru-Ebiya, No. 8 from the series Eight Views in the Yoshiwara (Yoshiwara hakkei). This woodblock image of a beautiful courtesan in an elaborate kimono is also in the collection of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. Eisen specialised in bijin-ga (pictures of beautiful women).
