American Beaux Arts Limestone Architectural Building Facade Ornament

DETAILS
Found in Chicago, Illinois, this antique, architectural, ornamental slab of stone was hand carved with a motif of conventionalized acanthus leaves, scrolls and small rosettes. Of impressive size, it is a wonderful piece of structure and decoration that could be incorporated into an architectural project, or used as a piece of art on its own. Notice the worn patina of years of weather exposure on a building facade.
