Garrick Theater, The Schiller Theater Building (64 West Randolph Street, Chicago, IL, 1892-1960). Architects: Louis Sullivan and Dankmar Adler (Adler & Sullivan). Built for the German Opera Company, at the time it was built, it was one of the tallest buildings in Chicago.
