Hand-blown in Bristol cobalt blue, this antique Georgian liquor bottle features a hand painted, gilt, trompe l'oeil decoration that depicts a Rum label. This decanter is in a mallet form with a round stopper. It is a decorative and very useful piece and makes a stronger statement used as a pair or group. Possibly made by Isaac Jacobs (English, 1757-1835).
