An antique snuff box of rectangular form with hinged lid decorated with a portrait of a Rectangular shaped box with a young girl in Renaissance dress seated by a spinning wheel. Hand painted on the lid. A Brunswick (Braunschweig) or Stobwasser type box. In the manner of the Stobwasser Factory (Braunschweig, Germany, 1772-1829).
