DETAILS
This antique hanging light fixture displays neoclassical palmette/anthemion design elements in the Empire Revival style. The large white opal, pressed glass bowl is suspended by a newly added fitter rim and chains. Bayley called this line of bent, leaded, white opal light fixtures Equalite. Bayley & Sons was a division of the Unique Art Glass & Metal Company (Brooklyn, NY).
