Housing two drawers, this generously sized, antique, Anglo Indian console table features a hand carved back gallery that displays a central urn form flanked by scrolling foliage. The table is supported by carved side boards, with foliate designs, that terminate on boldly carved paw feet. A broad, central stretcher is interestingly shaped and appears as a lower shelf. This is a handsome and versatile piece.
