An antique framed reliquary devotional with a watercolor scene of Christ as the Good Shepherd with a lamb around his neck ascending to the sky on a cloud. Three angels hold a casket aloft above Christ. Metallic thread, paste stones and pearl beads surround the miniature painting on a red fabric background. This type of reliquary was made in religious houses throughout Europe.
