After a medal commissioned by merchant Daniel Belteshazzar Plantagenet Eccleston (British, circa 1745-1816), after a bronze by Thomas Webb (British, active 1804-27). Eccleston commissioned Webb to produce bronze medals of George Washington and Napoleon.
